BillBoox (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or the “Company”) provides a cloud-based point of sale (POS) software platform and related value-added services for restaurants and food businesses via our website https://staging.billboox.com (“BillBoox Platform”). Our services are offered through subscription plans that may include features such as inventory management, order management, reporting, and integrations with third-party services and devices.
By subscribing to any of our plans or services (“BillBoox Subscription”), you (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agree to abide by our Terms of Service and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBoox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the last Subscription Fee paid by you.
As our services are digital and cloud-based, once activated, the subscription is deemed delivered and utilized. Therefore, under Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, no refund or reversal shall be applicable post-payment.
We may update or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the BillBoox Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must not renew your subscription.
